Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WebMCP AI (webmcp-ai.dev), operated by RE.FOCUS (Ran Erez), Israel ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a report, you agree to them.

What we provide

• Free scanner: an automated agent-readiness score for a public URL.
• Free strategy call: an optional scheduled consultation to walk through your scan results, at no cost and with no payment obligation.
• Deep audit report: an automated crawl of your site plus a written analysis and WebMCP tool blueprint, delivered by email (typically within about an hour), at the price and availability shown on the site at the time of purchase.
• Implementation service: quote-based, done-for-you work agreed separately.

Nature of the analysis

Our reports are professional recommendations based on automated analysis of your site's public content and the WebMCP standard as it stands today. WebMCP is an evolving W3C draft and browser support is changing; we make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, agent behaviour, or business outcomes. Implementing recommendations is your responsibility, and you should review any code before deploying it.

Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs you own or are authorised to audit.
• Don't use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites you don't control.
• Don't resell or redistribute reports as your own without agreement.

Payment & refunds

Paid reports are charged at purchase through our payment processor, at the price shown on the order page. Because each report is custom-generated for your site, we handle refunds case by case: if the report fails to deliver or contains a material error we can't correct, email hello@webmcp-ai.dev within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Free strategy calls carry no payment obligation.

Intellectual property

You own your site and its data. You receive full rights to use the report and the code snippets in it on your own properties. The site's own content, design, and scanner remain ours.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
