Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data WebMCP AI (webmcp-ai.dev), operated by RE.FOCUS (Ran Erez), Israel ("we"), collects and how we use it. Questions: hello@webmcp-ai.dev.

What we collect

• Scan data: when you run a scan, we store the website URL you submit and the resulting report. We do not require an account to scan.
• Contact details: if you request an audit, submit the contact form, or place an order, we collect your email address and the website URL, and any message you send.
• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and how the scanner and pages are used. This sets analytics cookies and collects standard web analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser).
• Payment data: when you purchase a paid report, payment is handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not see or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of a completed order and the associated email.
• Scheduling data: if you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment booking (Google's privacy policy applies); we receive the name, email, and time you submit when booking.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your agent-readiness scan and audit report.
• To reply to enquiries and fulfil orders (including sending your report by email).
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Third parties we rely on

We use reputable service providers to run the site and deliver reports, and share only the minimum data each needs. These cover hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, web analytics, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and AI processing (generating report analysis from your site's public content). Current providers include Railway, Resend, Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Lemon Squeezy, and Anthropic. We review this list as our tools change.

Scanning only ever accesses publicly available pages of the URL you submit, the same way a search engine would.

Cookies & local storage

We use Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage measurement. The site may use your browser's local storage for lightweight conveniences. You can block cookies in your browser; the scanner and core pages still work.

Retention

We keep scan records, leads, and order records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@webmcp-ai.dev. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
